About Camp Judaea
Camp Judaea is a coed Jewish, Israel-centered summer camp on 158 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Hendersonville, North Carolina, drawing campers largely from the Southeast. Founded in 1961 as part of the Young Judaea camping movement, it combines traditional camp activities - sports, lake and outdoor adventure, arts, and Israeli dance - with Jewish and Israeli culture, and operates two kosher kitchens.
