About Camp Pennbrook
Camp Pennbrook is a residential health, fitness, and wellness camp for girls. Campers ages 8–21 build healthy eating habits, confidence, and self-esteem through a full summer-camp program (fitness classes, sports, swimming, dance, arts, excursions, and nutrition education) in a supportive all-girls community. Families choose 2- to 6-week sessions (June 19 - July 31, 2027); extra weeks can be added.
