Raquette Lake Camps are brother-sister sleepaway camps (Raquette Lake Boys Camp and Raquette Lake Girls Camp) set on opposite shores of Raquette Lake in the Adirondacks, founded in 1916 and still family-owned, directed by Gregg and Tara Lapidus. Among the most exclusive camps in the Northeast, they are known for century-old traditions, uniformed camper attire, a roughly 2-to-1 camper-to-counselor ratio, top-tier facilities and coaching, and an extensive waterfront program on one of the cleanest lakes in the country.
